At Mangrove Mental Health, our group play therapy programs give students the opportunity to grow, learn, and connect in a safe, supportive environment.

At Mangrove Mental Health, we offer group play therapy programs designed to support students’ social, emotional, and interpersonal development. Delivered by our experienced facilitators, these programs create a safe, structured, and engaging environment where children and adolescents can learn, grow, and connect with their peers.
Play is one of the most effective ways for children and young people to explore emotions, practice new skills, and build relationships. Through guided group activities, students can:
Build confidence by trying new experiences, taking safe risks, and celebrating achievements.
Strengthen teamwork through collaborative games, group challenges, and shared problem-solving tasks.
Improve wellbeing by learning healthy ways to express emotions, manage stress, and regulate behaviour.
Enhance peer relationships by fostering communication, trust, empathy, and cooperation.
Develop problem-solving skills in real-time scenarios, promoting resilience, adaptability, and critical thinking.
Our programs are customised to suit the needs of your school or organisation.
On-site delivery: Sessions can be held in classrooms, halls, or school grounds, seamlessly integrating into the school day.
Off-site delivery: Outdoor or nature-based settings provide a stimulating environment for experiential learning, physical activity, and team-building exercises.
All group play therapy sessions are led by trained facilitators with expertise in child development, mental health, and capacity building.
